Rock Collides with Addiction Recovery In a Surprising Way

Industrial music has nearly always been darker, more negative, yet that has been evolving. There is this really sick recovery music I stumbled across by Matt Soren that has a unique angle on industrial rock music. His new album is a mix of recovery music and the concept of knocking out addiction.

There are some songs on his website at www.returnfrombroken.com. It sounds like the songs are provisional while wrapping up official tracks. They sound really good to me but I am no audiophile. It is cool to see more industrial rock like this written specifically for addiction recovery in a more kickin way from a person that has had the experience and is making an impact for others in addiction. Also It’s nice to have this type of music coming from the industrial outlet which is usually more negative in nature. Nice!

Oh yeah, he has free downloads you can get from his website and more in his insiders area which is free. I also saw discounts, album art, and other stuff. It will be nice to get the album once it is available. That’s my two cents!
