I really need to lose weight fast

I know you’re itching to know what I’m up to suddenly thinking about losing weight fast. Well, last week I visited a friend’s place where I had to climb once of those steep wheelchair ramps, and it did not end well. By the time I got to the top, I was perspiring, coughing, my skin was hot, and I felt like I would die. I went into the bathroom to splash some cool water in my face, and looked up into the mirror, and then it hit me: I needed to lose weight. Fast.
In some ways, I feel like I’m turning into my father. He was an enormously fat guy, with a great sense of humor and a solid, pragmatic approach to life. But boy, he was big. And nowadays I’m growing big as well. Don’t misunderstand, I love my pops, but I really really really would like to keep myself from getting to 250 pounds. Because once you reach a weight like that, there’s not really any way of turning back.
So I’ve reading up on how to loss weight fast. My wife is going to go on a diet with me, telling me that she wants to lose some weight also, which should definitely make it a lot easier to stay with whichever diet plan we end up with. There’s an almost unmanageable quantity of thoughts on how to lose weight out there.
I’ll keep you guys apprised of how good the weight loss program is turning out for us. I realize losing weight will not be easy, but it’s now or never as far as I can see, so I am going to really be trying hard to understand how to lose weight fast.
